Our Armley shop is a very popular community building; it is home to one of our popular café’s run by our Nurture division. We operate a food bank, restore furniture and have 4 flats upstairs.
Overseen by a supervisor our Armley shop is run by a dedicated team of volunteers from all walks of life; some are lifelong St George’s Crypt supporters, others have joined as a result of coming into contact with St George’s Crypt and want to further their skills. Some just want to make a positive contribution to their local community. Without this team of volunteers the shop wouldn’t be what it is today.
The shop is a large space which enables us to sell furniture as well as a wide range of men’s and ladies fashion, children’s fashion and toys, bric-a-brac & collectibles and a wide range of music and books. We always need more stock to sell, and donations can be dropped off while we are open.
If you have an item of furniture you would like to donate please get in touch as we offer a free collection service.
