The Crypt refurbishment was made with a hotel in mind; we want our clients to feel valued, appreciated and understand that they are capable of change.

We work with some of the most vulnerable and marginalised people in Leeds, people with histories of childhood trauma and abuse, relationship breakdown, drug and alcohol abuse, poverty and destitution. We aim to support our clients on a positive path, taking their wants and needs as core to their development. We feel that if we do not have the client at the centre of everything we do then how will they feel valued, how will we understand their needs and how will we work positively with them for change.

We are growing to meet the need in the city; we offer or are creating new accommodation, health and well-being services, training and engagement opportunities and employment for the homeless and vulnerable of Leeds.

Not everyone wants to use our service; we accept this and work with a wide range of charitable and public agencies to signpost and support those who don’t want to use us, for whatever reason. That being said, we are non-discriminating, we do not proselytize but believe that the best way to demonstrate our Christian foundation is by loving and accepting everyone who comes through our door, and supporting them to succeed.
